Terms of Service!
✦ GENERAL
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms outlined below:
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
• The prices are most likely to change depending on the complexity of your character and the number of revisions requested.
• Turnaround time: 14 days - 1 month. If, by any chance, the artist cannot complete the commission for any reason, a partial refund may be issued.✦ PAYMENT
• Payments via VGen, Paypal, and GCash. Other methods will not be accepted.
• A 50% or 100% payment is required before work begins.
• The remaining balance must be paid upon completion before the final file is delivered. Clients with unpaid balances will not receive the final file.
• I kindly ask clients to cover the fees. Thank you for your understanding.✦ USE
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, redistribution, selling, is NOT allowed.
• It is prohibited to use my works in relation to crypto, NFT and AI related technologies.
• 1. Personal Use:
(1.1) I own the rights to my work. I have the right to redistribute / use the work for my portfolio or promotion.
(1.2) I retain full ownership of my work. Clients may not claim it as their own and/or remove my watermark.
• 2. Commercial Use:
(2.1) Depending on the agreement, the commissioned work will be charge double the price and is still required to properly credit the artist.✦ DEADLINE AND DELIVERY
• Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity, workload, and/or schedule of the artist.
• Rush orders may be accepted with an additional fee.
• The commissioned work will be delivered digitally. No physical copies will be provided or shipped.
• (Optional) The client can request custom canvas size, but should not exceed 4000 pixels and 500 dpi.✦ REVISIONS
• Revisions are free of charge during the initial stages, however after this, additional charges may apply.
• Major revisions, such as changing the composition, pose, background, character, and etc., will be charge with additional fees which will be discussed and mutually agreed upon by both artist and client.✦ COMMUNICATION
